What does that mean?
Simply this: If you aren’t delighted with our Diagnostic Audit, we’ll re-work the area in question for free. Or you can have your money back. If you still aren’t happy we will even pay for another auditor to inspect the same property within your option period. It’s your choice.

Limitations (weasel clauses):
- A signed and witnessed Stellrr Insulation release and indemnity agreement must be received to initiate this process.
- Client must be personally present for at least the last hour of the inspection. This is specifically for us to print out the report and discuss our findings in its entirety, in person, with the client.
- The inspection fee paid to Stellrr Insulation will be refunded, by check, to the party who originated payment to us.
- You must have followed the full terms and conditions of our diagnostic agreement.
- A re-inspection must be done by a inspector of our choice.
- A check will be generated by Stellrr Insulation to the re-inspection company, in their company name, for their inspection fee up to 100% of our original diagnostic fee.
- Our 200% Guarantee will stay in place 10 days from the date of the Performance Diagnostic.
- Not applicable to insulation installation or insulation removal, attic insulation, wall insulation, crawlspace encapsulation insulation services rendered. Labor & materials are under a different set of Terms of Service agreement.
